Carla Smith Hogan, age 52, of Pikeville, TN and formerly of Greenbrier, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Hogan was born July 29, 1969 in Springfield, TN to the Mrs. Gloria Brown Smith and the late Carl Gene Smith. She is a graduate of Greenbrier High School and former employee of the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Hogan is survived by her husband, Fred Hogan, III; brother, Casey (Megan) Smith; and nephew, Oliver. She is also survived by close family friend, David Mills and her beloved rescue dog, “Oreo”.
