He was employed as a sheet metal worker for HSK in Gallatin. Carl loved spending time with his son. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hiking and listening to heavy metal music. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Melvin Hester. He is survived by his father, Tony Hester, Scottsville, KY; mother Liane Hester, North Liberty, IN; son, Ethan Anthony Hester, Portland, TN; brother, Justin (Shannon) Hester, Cottontown, TN; sister. Kristy Hester, North Liberty, IN\; paternal grandmother, Gaynell Hester, Mount Washington, KY; maternal grandparents; Malcolm & Jillian Baldwin, Machynleth, UK.
