Captain Carl Russell “Russ” Witt, 71, passed away Sunday, March 01, 2019, at his residence in Tupelo following an extended illness. Services will be on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 2PM with Police and Military Honors at the Tupelo Chapel of Holland Funeral Directors with burial following in Lee Memorial Park. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from Noon – Service Time Only at the Tupelo Chapel. A full obituary will follow at a later date.
