Carl Quinton Black, age 95 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Curry Cemetery. Bro. Bill Martin will officiate.
Mr. Black was preceded in death by his Parents-James Riley Black and Veila Elizabeth Privett; Brothers-Harold (Era) Black and Eldred Allen (Betty) Black; Sister-Carrie Black.
He is survived by his Wife-Ilene Ryan Black of Jasper, AL; Daughter-Barbara Black of Vestavia Hills, AL; Grandson-Noah E. Schinasi of Vestavia Hills, AL; Brothers-Ben (Joy) Black of Hoover, AL and James (Sarah) Black of Creedmore, NC.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Lane, Austin McLemore, Daryl Durham and Mark Worthington.
