Funeral for Carl Mote, 64, of Moulton will be Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with Reverend Greg Compton officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Mote died Friday, Aug. 19, 2016, at his residence. He was born Dec. 29, 1951, to Chester Edward Mote and Lona Blankenship. His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Mote; son, Chad (Kimberly) Mote; daughter, Beth Mote Blevins; brother, Bobby Mote; sister, Glenda Lindley; and three grand- children, Ty Blevins, Layne and Blayne Mote.
Pallbearers will be Jim Alexander, Eric Knight, Derrick Knight, Andy Byars, Bryan Hood, Scott Curry, Ronald Curry, Josh Byars and Drew Byars.
