Carl Lamar Sneed, 91, passed away March 30, 2024, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS. Carl a long-term resident of Amory, MS loved God and his country having served 4 years in the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, playing dominoes, and his dog, Bubba. One of his favorite pastimes was taking care of his hummingbirds and squirrels.
Carl is survived by his sons, Kevin Patterson of New Albany and Ricky Sneed of Nettleton; and his granddaughters, Jessica Walters of Amory, and April and Leslie Sneed of Pontotoc.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Sneed; three sons, Dwayne Sneed of Amory, Randy Sneed of Ecru, and Scottie Sneed of New Albany; and his daughter, Carol Ann Patterson of Mantachie.
A private family service will be held.
