Calvin Jaret “C.J.” Ramirez, 24, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016. He was born October 16, 1992 to Maurilio Ramirez and Jennifer Ann Hartwick Ramirez. He worked at Walmart Distribution Center in New Albany. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing RuneScape and skateboarding. He loved playing football from little league all the way up to starting offensive lineman for I.A.H.S. He enjoyed going to concerts and starring in the school plays. He also loved going on Mission trips with Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.
Services will be 11:00 am on Saturday October 29, 2016 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Bro. Jackie Gray and Bro. Tim Holsonback officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until service time Saturday at Mt. Pleasant Church. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with assisting the family.
Survivors include his Father, Maurilio Ramirez of Waukegan, IL, Mother, Jennifer Ann Ramirez of Fulton, Brother, Anthony Ramirez of Fulton, Sister, Selena Ramirez of Fulton, Grandmother, Jeanne Maki of Fulton, Uncle, George (Brandy) Wright of Tremont, Aunt, Nicole Wright of Tremont, host of other extended family members.
Preceded in death by a Grandfather, Bob Wright and an Aunt, Sherry Jaime.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested for donations to be made to Senter Funeral Home.
