Caleb Travis Moore, 18, of Meridianville, passed away Wednesday, May 27th.
He is survived by his son, Gabriel Jude; mother, Amanda Johnson; father, Marcus Moore; sisters, Kaley Johnson and Haley Moore; grandparents, Buckwheat and Vicki Turner; grandparents, Roger and Sheila Duncan; grandmother, Nadine Moore; and great grandmother, Mary Ann Jones.
Visitation for Caleb will be held on Saturday, May 30th from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. at Pleas Mount Cemetery.
