Caleb Nathaniel Surface, age 25 of Oxford, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at RMC in Anniston.
He was preceded in death by is mother, Tara Leigh Surface.
Caleb is survived by his brother, Matthew Brady Surface; father, Henry Earl Surface, III; grandparents, Rev. Jimmy and Dianne Burke, Martha Ann Staub, and Henry Earl Surface, II; and his daughter, Paizleigh Freeman.
Caleb was a Christian and was baptized by his grandfather, Rev. Jimmy Burke. He was a beloved son and will be greatly missed.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Louisiana.
