C. Frances Sewell, 88, of Huntsville, died April 29, 2016 at a local hospital. Ms. Sewell was born and lived in the Texarkana, AR area eighty years before moving to live in Huntsville, AL. She was a member of Maysville Church of Christ in Gurley, AL and a former member of Highland Church of Christ in Texarkana, AR. Ms. Sewell was preceded in death by her parents: Quillen and Lona Day; sisters: Myrtle Day, Minnie Zarket, Rosa Simmons, and Addie Maxey; and brothers: George Day, Buck Day, Frank Day and John Day.
She is survived by her daughter: Patricia Andre and husband, William of Huntsville, AL; son: Larry Sewell and wife, Kelli of Alexandria, AL; sisters: Zettie Hamilton, Janet Tate, Bonnie Garrett, Linnie Potts and Mary Plum; brother: Thomas Day; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Service and burial will be in Texarkana, TX. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
