Byron “Woody” Hyneman – Obituary

 Byron “Woody” Hyneman was born December 16, 1948 in Corinth, MS, the son of the late Kenneth Lee and Ernestine Lee Hyneman. He was a member of the Acton Church of Christ in Michie, Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans. Woody, graduated from Michie High Scholl, class of 1967. He retired from Kimberly-Clark in Corinth, MS after 30 plus years. He enjoyed do it your self projects, Nascar, gospel quartet music, and loved his family.

Mr. Hyneman departed this life on December 26, 2017 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 10 Days.

He is survived by his wife Janis Lee Morgan Hyneman of Michie, TN; a daughter, Windy Green and husband Dave of Myrtle, MS; a son, Henry Hyneman of Michie, TN; two sisters, Sue Elder and husband Lawrence of Memphis, TN, Sylvia Mills and husband Ralph of Michie, TN; two grandchildren, Alexis and Sammy Green; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hyneman was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Norman Hyneman.

Pallbearers is serve will be: Michael Matear, Don Nunley, Ralph Mills, Dave Green, Eddie Hudson, Bo Hancock, C.S. Lee, Robert Lee and Stanley Thacker.
