He was born on May 13, 1946 in Lebanon, KY.Bruce was survived by his wife Barbara Plaiss and proud father to Shawn (Mike) Lance, Susan Plaiss, and Shannon Plaiss. He had 4 grandchildren (Tyler, Harley, Jacob, and Kayla) and 6 great grandchildren.
Bruce served his country for 20 years in the U.S. Army and then as a civil servant for 24 years.
The family will be holding a private service.
