Bruce A. Bowers, 64, of Pinson, passed away Monday.
Bruce retired from the U.S. Postal service after 30 years of service. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice and especially Tiffany Cooley for the care and compassion during his illness.
He was preceded in death by father, Daniel Eugene Bowers, mother, Virginia Bowers.
Surviving are wife, Rhonda Hott Bowers, daughter, Dianne (Paul) Gulledge, daughter, Monica (Brian) Miller, grandchildren, Bailey Miller, Harper Miller and Grayson Miller, sisters, Dana (Nile) Southard, Celia (Darrell) Schmidt and Alexa Bowers and numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1:00 pm with Curtis Calfee officiating.
Interment will be in the Hayden Cemetery.
