Brooklyn Alma Simmonds, age 17 of Franklin, TN passed away January 16, 2019 after a courageous battle with a lifelong illness. Preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Cathy “Memaw” Simmonds. Survived by her loving and devoted parents, Matthew D. & Brenna Simmonds Wood; brothers, John E. Simmonds II & Kason Cash Wood; maternal grandfather, John “Papaw” Simmonds; paternal grandparents, Woody “Papa” & Kim “Grammy” Wood and Beth “Grandma” & Tom “Grandpa” McKay; uncle, Jason (Tracie) Simmonds; cousins, Sydney & Simon Simmonds.
