Brittany Lea Bennett, age 30 of Elkmont, AL passed away on Friday, March 22, 2019. Brittany was born on July 19, 1988 in Huntsville, AL to Rex Bennett and Christie Kennemer Bennett.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Raymond Bennett and Alvin Kennemer.
Brittany is survived by her husband, Cody Whipple; children, Riley Whipple, Kelsey Whipple and Gracelyn Whipple; parents, Rex and Christie Bennett; brother, Blake Bennett; grandmothers, Barbara Bennett and Mary Anna Kennemer; aunt, Karla Shinkunas (Pete); uncles, Scott Bennett and Chris Bennett (Monica); cousin, Hannah Bennett; best friend, Jackie Motter; brother-in-law, Tommy Whipple and mother-in-law Marqueda Whipple.
Brittany loved her children and being a mother. She enjoyed riding horses and loved all animals. She was especially fond of her dogs, snakes and lizards and loved the beach too.
Services for Brittany will be at 2:00PM on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00PM on Monday, March 25, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a fund is being set up for contributions to be made to the family.
