Brian Wade Ezell , age 42 of Five Points, TN passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was a native of Lawrence Co, TN, a carpenter, and of the Baptist faith. Funeral Services will be held at Second Creek Primitive Baptist Church on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Paul Dyar will be officiating. Burial will follow in Second Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Second Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Brother- Gary Wayne Ezell Five Points, TN
Sister- Lequida Ezell Lawrenceburg, TN
A Niece & a Nephew also survive
