Funeral service for Mr. Brian L. Kellum will be Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Blackburn Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America (CPCA) with Pastor Tramaine D. Snodgrass officiating. Mr. Kellum will be placed in the church one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
