Brian Clark Milstead, 59, passed away on Sunday March 26, 2017.
Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday March 29, 2017 at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. A graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Tuscumbia Oakwood Cemetery. Chad Holder will officiate.
Brian was a native of Sheffield, AL. He was a gifted woodworker and accomplished guitar player. He loved building all of his computers for work and gaming. As a tribute to his grandad “Bo” Hargett, who helped start the train in the 1950’s, Brian could be seen conducting the train in Spring Park. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sheffield.
He was preceded in death by his father James W. Milstead and his grandparents Lucy and Bovell Hargett.
Survivors are his wife Tina McFarland Milstead; mother Grazia Hargett Milstead; daughters Carissa Milstead Little, Stevenson, AL and Shannon Milstead McCormack, Cherokee, AL; brother David Alan Milstead; sisters Janet Milstead Blazer and Sheila Milstead Olem; nine grandchildren: Caitlin Little, Garrett Little, Abram Little, Bryson Avery, Riley Avery, Alexis Avery, Harper McCormack, Bentley McCormack, and Alivia McCormack; and special sister-in-law Jody McFarland.
Pallbearers will be Fred Little, Garrett Little, Abram Little, David Milstead, Michael McCormack, Don Blazer, and Bryson Avery.
