Brenda Webster Sims, 73, of Helena, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at Aspire Physical Recovery Center. A private family graveside service will be held at Walker Memory Gardens, with Kilgore-Green Funeral Home directing. Brenda was a loving mother and proud grandmother. She spent her career teaching at Gardendale High School, Gilmore Bell and Bagley Middle School. Her favorite pastime was cheering for the University of Alabama. She was preceded in death by John L. Sims; parents, Ed and Ruby Webster; brother, Tommy Webster. She is survived by her children, Adam Sims and Annette Susan Schuman (John); grandchildren, Luke, Daniel, Sophie and Max; brother, James Webster; sister, Debbie Smelley; and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
