Visitation will be held Saturday November 13, 2021 from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL., with her funeral at 2:00PM in the chapel. Burial to follow in Antioch Cemetery in Double Springs, AL.
She is survived by three daughters, Denise Hubbard of Athens, AL., Patricia (Stoney) Kiser and Willianette (Robby) Kelly both of Brewton, AL.; one son, David (Teresa) Boutwell of Lexington, AL.; two brothers, Howell (Linda) Pate and Ricky (Mona) Pate both of Haleyville, AL.; two sisters, Ann Chenney of Riverdale, GA. and Linda G. Rochette of Lecanto, FL; 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Junior Boutwell; parents, Floyd and Lois Pate; brothers, Neil Pate, Wayne Pate and Billy Pate; son in law, Mark Hubbard.
