Brenda F. Alexander, age 67 of Jasper, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Princeton Baptist Medical Center.
Brenda attended Hayden High School where she was a cheerleader. Family and friends were Brenda’s passion and delight. She loved spending her time outdoors taking care of her animals and of course she loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. She married the love of her life, Terry in 1969 and they shared 47 years together.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 12:30 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 1:30 PM in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Edgil Grove Cemetery. Gary Salters will officiate.
Mrs. Alexander was preceded in death by her Infant daughter-Jennifer Alexander; Parents-C.J. and Mavis Best.
She is survived by her Husband-Terry D. Alexander; Daughter-Amy Alexander Rigsby (Chad); Son-Brad Alexander (CaSondra); Sister-Judy C. Swindle and the late Ronnie Swindle; Brother-Wayne Best (Judy); Grandchildren-Adison Alexander, Owen Rigsby, Savana Alexander and Roman Rigsby.
Pallbearers will be Larry Williams, Mike Alexander, Owen Rigsby, Chad Rigsby, Brad Alexander and Jeff Best.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Roman Rigsby.
