Branton “Buddy” William Ramsey, age 28, of Poteau, Oklahoma passed away October 31, 2021, in an automobile accident. He was born on February 26, 1993, in Columbia, Tennessee to James and Donna (Niedergeses) Davis. Branton was a graduate of NSU Tahlequah with a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree and was employed at Carl Albert State College in Poteau, Oklahoma as a Learning Technology Administrator.
Branton is survived by his parents, James and Donna Niedergeses Davis of Catoosa, Oklahoma; one half-sister, Ashley Baggett of Georgia; three stepbrothers; Justin (Mattison) Davis of Heavener, Oklahoma, Tyler (Jena) Davis of Virginia, Dalton (Kristen) Hart of Mulberry, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Kathy Niedergeses of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee; paternal grandmother, Wynona Davis of Heavener, Oklahoma; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 08, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Lawrenceburg at 10:30 AM Tuesday, November 09, 2021, with Father Daniel Reehil officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
