Funeral services for Brandon Wheeles, age 45, of Lineville will be on Tuesday April 25, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Benefield Funeral Home of Ashland with Rev. Jerry Wheeles officiating. Burial will follow at Mellow Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.
Brandon was born in Randolph County and had lived most of his life in Clay and Randolph Counties. He graduated from Wadley High School, and also 2 years at Central Alabama Community College. He worked for several years as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Clay and Talladega Counties, served as a minister for many years, and enjoyed fishing spending time with his family and was an avid Auburn Football Fan.
He is survived by his mother’s, Nancy Patterson (Lineville) and Van Wheeles (Wadley); father Lynn Patterson (Ashland); two brothers, Waylon Wheeles (Christie) of Lineville and Dillion Wheeles of Wadley, daughter Craven Hope Wheeles of Oxford, son Kayden Henderson, two nephews, Garrett Wheeles(Holly) and William Wheeles (Vicky) of Lineville, plus a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father; Bennett Wayne Wheeles.
Active Pallbearers will be Jeff Raughton, Kage Carter, Punchie Carter, Garrett Wheeles, Will Wheeles, and Dillion Wheeles.
Honorary Pallbearers will be the staff at Lineville Health and Rehab, Clay County Rescue Squad, and Hospice of Clay County.
The family will receive friends at Benefield Funeral Home of Ashland on Tuesday April 25, 2023 from 12:30 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M.
