Mr. Kelley, who died Friday, September 25, 2026, at his residence, was born August 9, 1974, in Alabama to Donald Eugene Kelley, Sr. and Sherry Ann Church Kelley. He was preceded in death by his father, and brother, Donald E. Kelley, Jr. Brandon was a jack of all trades who thoroughly enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, Amber Lashay Kelley; mother, Sherry Church Kelley; and sisters, Charlotte Ann McCluskey and Selina Rose Poss
Pallbearers will be Larry Lorance, James Poss, Wyatt McCluskey, Johnathan Lorance, and Adam Kelley.
