Bradley Wade Gatlin, 44, of Athens, AL, passed away on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024. He was born on August 24th, 1979, in Athens, AL, to Brice Gatlin, Jr. and Tamala (Griffin) Williams.
He is survived by his parents Brice Gatlin (Cindy) and Tammy Williams (David); sister Tesha Hamilton; brother Nathan Gatlin (Andrea); nephews and nieces Ryley Hamilton, Mason Hamilton, Reese Hamilton, and Jaidyn Gatlin; grandparents Lendle and Nancy Gatlin; friend Johnny Fuller Coleman; and several other family and friends.
Mr. Gatlin is preceded in death by his grandmother Barbara Vickers; grandfather Homer Griffin; and great-grandparents Chester and Ruby Moore, and Wilburn and Lelia Kyle.
The funeral for Mr. Gatlin will be Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Al Burns Officiating. Visitation will be Monday, February 26th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Nathan Gatlin, Tommy Moore, Justin Moore, Travis Lindsay, Gilbert Gatlin, Morgan Gatlin, and Logan Gatlin. Burial will be at Higgins Cemetery.
Mr. Gatlin was an artist in wood carving.
