Bradford Silliman was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 18, 1947, the son of Dorothy Bradford McGruffin Conomos and the late Charles Vrtacek Silliman. Mr. Silliman departed this life on July 22, 2018.
Mr. SIlliman served his country as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a retired author and journalist.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Silliman is survived by his daughter, Chloe Alexa Silliman of Denver, Colorado; sisters, Mia Duay of Hampton, Georgia and Joana Faath of Orlando, Florida; brothers, Andrew Conomos of Yalaha, Florida and Christopher Conomos of Oviedo, Florida; grandchildren, Veronica Helen Leake and Benjamin Bradford Hoye Leake, both of Denver, Colorado; son-in-law, Walter Hoye Leake of Denver, Colorado; and dogs, Zippy and Sancho.
