Bonnie Ruth McInnis, age 86, of Decatur, Alabama passed away on Thursday June 28, 2018. Bonnie was born July 31, 1931 in Scotts Hill, TN. Bonnie was a member of Central United Methodist Church. She worked in several dentist offices through the years. Her passion was her family and friends and always put others before herself. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Lilly Reed; also three sisters Louise Patterson, Melba Shelby and Vernell Hammers. Left to cherish her memory her husband of 65 years, Erich McInnis, Jr. Two daughters Andrea Gibson and her husband Blake and Kimberly Wolfe and her husband Mitch. Son Erich “Rick” McInnis III and his wife Melissa. Grandchildren Erica McInnis, Melissa McInnis Torrez and her husband Tony, Will Payton Gibson, Lee Wolfe, Rebecca Wolfe and Kristin Wolfe. Great grandchildren are Amiyah Torrez and Layton Torrez, brother Parker Reed. Visitation for Bonnie will be Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will be Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 3:00 PM. Bonnie will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Reed Patterson, Parker Reed, Jr., Mitch Wolfe, Blake Gibson, Lee Wolfe and Will Gibson.
