Bonnie Myhan Montgomery, 73, of Florence, died Sunday, Oct. 12, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama after an extended battle with cancer. She was a lifelong resident of Lauderdale County, graduate of Mars Hill School, and retired businesswoman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Myhan and Zella Haddock Myhan, both of Florence. S
he is survived by Harold Montgomery, and daughters, Dell Montgomery (Memphis, Tennessee) and Lynn McGinnis (Birmingham).
At the request of the deceased, no funeral service is planned. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or The Campaign for UAB.
