CULLMAN-The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office has issued a BOLO on Thursday, June 28 for a missing Cullman teen.

Daylee Ann Powell, 13 was last seen at her home around 4:00 Pm on Wednesday, June 27.

Powell was last seen wearing a flowered top, shorts, a blue denim vest, and her hair in a french braid.
