Bobby Thomas Allen Sr. 74, of Moulton passed away Friday, November 8, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Allen was born February 12, 1945 in Lawrence County, Alabama to Marion and Mamie Allen. He was a retired police officer. He is preceded in death by his father and a brother Jimmy Allen. He is survived by seven daughters, Lavina King (Glenn), Susan Allen Terry (Michael), Debbie Francis (Lee), Stephanie Rigsbee (Danny), Tiffany Charles, April Allen and Jamie Allen; two sons, Bobby Thomas Allen Jr (Tina) and David Todd Allen; mother, Mamie Pounders; step-mother, Nadine Jewel Allen; four brothers, Billy Allen, David Allen, Fred Allen, Phil Craig; two sisters, Katie Vandiver and Martha Allen Eads; twenty three grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday November 13, 2019 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Owens Chapel Baptist Church followed by a 1:00pm Church service at Owens Chapel. Burial will follow at the adjoining cemetery. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
