Bobby (Shine) Russell of Pulaski passed away on Thursday, April 4th, 2019, at his home. He was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on September 18th, 1955 and was 63 years old.
He was a lifetime plumber and electrician. He loved to cook and was an avid UT fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Thurman and Evelyn Josephine Hollandsworth Russell.
