Bobby Ray Thompson, 75, passed away at Huntsville Hospital on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Linda D. Thompson; children, Darrell Thompson, Cherri Sheppard, Greg Thompson and Jason Thompson; sister, Barbara Fanning; brothers, Verbon Thompson and Shelton Thompson; three grandchildren, Colby, Spencer and Shelton; a great-grandchild, Adelaide; and his two little dogs that were his constant companions, Gizzy and BB.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 4, at Berryhill Funeral Home from 11 a.m. to noon followed by a noon chapel service. A graveside service will be held in Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz, Alabama, at 2:30 p.m.
