Mr. Bobby McWhorter, age 84 of Albertville, passed away at Marshall Medical Center South Monday, October 4, 2021. A funeral service will be held Friday October 8, 2021 at 12:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, with Brother Philip Dukes officiating. The family will receive friend from 11 am until the time of service, burial will follow at Marshall Memorial Gardens.
He is survived by his sons Russell Rhoades (Sharon), Johnny Rhoades (Sharon), and Douglas Rhoades (Janice); grandchildren David Rhoades (Amy), Amy Rhoades, Laura Holmes (Micah), and Alan Rhoades (Laura).
He was preceded in death by his parents Horace and Florine McWhorter; wife Lois McWhorter; granddaughter Bria Rhoades; sister Juanita Phillips; and brother Eugene McWhorter.
Pallbearers will include David Rhoades, Alan Rhoades, and friends.
