Bobby Matthew Bishop, 84, died Friday, April 30, 2021 at Longwood Nursing Home, Booneville, MS. He was born in Red Bay, AL and worked in auto body repair. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving for eight years.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL assisted the family.
He is survived by four children – Bobbie Marie Pope (Bob), Kevon Bishop (Teresa), Pennie Bishop and Joseph Bishop (Mary Elizabeth); five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Jenkins Bishop, his parents, William and Shelly Bullock Bishop and four siblings.
