Bobby Lynn Faust, 79 of Arab Alabama, formerly, Shreveport Louisiana, died Saturday November 19, 2016 at South Hampton Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mr. Faust was born November 8, 1937 in Robeline Louisiana to Elmer Arthur Faust and Syble Nichols Faust. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1980 as a Lt. Commander. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his younger years.
Mr. Faust was a member of Shepherd’s Chapel in Gravett Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years: Virginia King Faust; his children: Darren Arthur and Judy Faust and Sonya Suzanne Serafin and John Tyrrell; his grandchildren: Justin Guill, Derek Carr and Peter Serafin; sisters and brother-in-law: Drew Willmore and Cheryl and Jack Sikes.
The family elected cremation and will have a visitation at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel on Tuesday November 22, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, 117A Longwood Dr SE Huntsville, Al 35801.
