Bobby Lee Rickard, Sr., 84, of Florence, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 24th from 11 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens, with Brother Matt Heupel and Brother Robert Huffaker officiating. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
He was a member of Woodlawn Church of Christ and was retired with the electrician’s local #558 for 64 years.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Dow and Minnie Lou Rickard; four brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors are his loving wife of 66 years, Norma Smith Rickard; children, Barbara Phillips (Jimmy), Bonnie Calhoun, Bobby Rickard, Jr. (Cindy), and Brian Rickard (Wanda); nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. You may sign the guest register at sprywilliams.com
