Bobby Gene Porter, age 73, Russellville, passed away on Saturday, May 07, 2016 at his residence.
The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with a memorial service following at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughters, Tina Borden (husband, Jeff), Rita Porter (husband, Donnie); son-in-law, Tony Reeves; grandchildren, Preston Mears, Jr. (Elizabeth), Ashley Romans (Matt), Dustin Mears (Vanessa), Rose Jones (Bobby), Laura George (Jim), Linda Reeves, Megan Risley (Thomas), Jacob Risley, Trent Risley; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Lee Scott (Buford), Deborah Sue Rollins; and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Fincher Porter; daughter, Nina Reeves; father, Charlie Junior Porter; mother, Rachel Ergle Porter; and brother, Ricky Porter.
