Bobby Franklin Beal, 80, of Huntsville, passed away Thursday. Mr. Beal retired after 35 years as a computer specialist with the Missile Command. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lela and Henry Beal; son, Brown Keith Beal; daughter, Claudia Susan McKibbon; sisters, Margaret Holder and Mary Virginia Edgil and parent-in-laws, Mary and Brown Hambrick.
Survivors include wife, Betty Hambrick Beal; sisters, Martha Harless and Bettye Jo Wilbourn; brothers, Mickey Beal and Billy Carden Beal; 13 nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel with Mendon Darnell officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
