Bobby F. Harper, 70, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2015. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. today at Jackson Camp Baptist Church. The service will be 2 p.m. today at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi, is directing.
