Bobby Earl Qualls departed this life on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at the age of 75 years, 5 months, and 23 days. Funeral will be today at 11 am. at Shackelford’s in Savannah with burial in Lutts Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Sheltering Tree Ranch. He was the husband of Jimmie Franks Qualls.
