Bobby Earl Bryant, 62, resident of Tippah County, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, surrounded by family.
Funeral Services honoring the life of Mr. Bryant will be at 12 PM, Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Souls’ Harbor Apostolic Church in Walnut MS, with Bro. Jesse Cutrer and Bro. Chris Leach officiating. Visitation will begin at 5 PM on Tuesday evening, May 28, 2024, at the church and continuing from 10 AM until time of service on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, with burial following in the Unity Cemetery in Tippah County.
Born May 28, 1961, in Tippah County, to the late Lester Earl and Tommye Leach Bryant, Bobby was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School and a member of Souls’ Harbor Apostolic Church. A Veteran of the United States Army, he was employed for many years as a truck driver with Williams Sausage Company and the Caterpillar Corporation, as a forklift driver. Always having a warm smile, Bobby will be remembered as a humble, kind man with a joyful spirit. Some of his favorite past times included sharing time with his family, gardening, playing the guitar, and singing in his church.
Those left to cherish Mr. Bryant’s memory include his wife, Mary Faye Bryant, five daughters, Amanda Bryant, Dana Fulks (Dale) both of Corinth, Linda Criswell (Danny) of Dry Creek, Carolyn Barry (Robert) of Walnut, and Wanda Faye Greer (Gary) of Blue Mountain, one son, Chris Leach (Sami) of Crump TN, three sisters, Martha Warren, Connie Butler (Tim), and Rhonda Jackson, one brother, Dalton Bryant (Wanda), two sisters-in-law, Tina Ervin and Cheryl Jackson, one brother-in-law, Danny Ray Greer, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Greer, two brothers, Ray, and Rickey Bryant, and two brothers-in-laws, Bro. John Warren, and Chris Jackson.
