Bobby Curtis Taylor of Ardmore, Tennessee, passed away October 25h, 2022. He was born July 23, 1954 in Corpus Christi, Texas and was 68 years old.
Bobby graduated from Giles County High School and Martin Methodist College. He valued his work for General Motors and was a dedicated employee. He was willing to help others in their times of need and he never gave up on love. Bobby had a unique gift of sports history, music, and musical artist. He could tell you where, when, and how different sports events played out through history. There was not a song or an artist that he did not know. He was an avid Texas Longhorn and Tennessee Vols fan. Bobby loved to collect and talk about classic muscle cars. He was especially proud of his ’59 T-Bird and his ’69 Charger.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 28th, from 4:00 until 7:00 at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will take place Saturday, October 29th at 11:00am in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.
The burial will follow in Elkton Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents Bobby Dean Taylor and Dorothy Lewter Wallace.
He is survived by his,
Wife, Deborah Taylor of Ardmore, Tennessee.
Daughter, Alisha Taylor of Minor Hill, Tennessee
Daughter Samantha Dawn (Brad) Butler of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Son, David (Caitlyn) Taylor of McMinnville, Tennessee.
Step-daughter, Jennifer Black of Shelbyville, Tennessee.
Sisters, Gina Taylor Harmond of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Debbie Pope (Wade) of Elkton, Tennessee.
Rene Wallace Mendenhall of Pulaski, Tennessee.
Brother, Mike Wallace and Mistie of Pulaski, Tennessee.
7 Grandchildren
He is survived by one aunt, Margaret Taylor Wooten and Husband Shelby of Pulaski Tennessee.
