Bobbie Ruth Horton Williams 87, of Sheffield passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Saturday February 11, 2017 at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, AL. The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery. Terry Jones will officiate.
Bobbie was a native of Sheffield, AL. She was a retired operator with South Central Bell. She was a member of the Annapolis Avenue Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by: her husband James David Williams; parents Al and Hattie Horton; brothers Monroe, Tommy, Julian, Alva, and Herbert Horton; sisters Evelyn Williams and Margaret Barnes Campbell.
Survivors are her brother John Horton, sister Libbie Sue Tucker, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
