Bobbie Nylene Mason, 76, died Saturday, November 18, 2017, at NMMC in Tupelo. She was born in Arkansas to John Robert and Ida Arzella Box Boren. She was employed at Blue Bell for 41 years and was a member of Cornerstone Church of God.
Services will be Sunday, November 19, 3 p.m. at Cornerstone Church of God in Red Bay with Bro. Rick Bradley and Bro. Greg Pace officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Golden, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by one son-Rodney Mason (Joyce) of Golden; two daughters-Marilyn Johnston (Danny) of Vina and Sandra Graham (Justin) of Tupelo; two grandchildren-Eric Smith (Tonya) of Golden and Mason Graham of Tupelo; one step-grandson-Sandy Holt of Red Bay; two great-grandchildren-Lauren Smith and John David Smith; three step great-grandchildren-Reed, Mason and Dillon Holt; two brothers-Jimmy Boren (Cleo) of Ripley and Randy Akins (Pam) of Tremont; two sisters-Wanda Rogers (Harold) of Golden and Nancy Graham of Blue Mountain, MS; one step-sister-Becky Locke (Roy) of Blue Mountain, MS; four nephews; two nieces and several great-nephews and great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband-David Mason; her parents; her step-father-Norman Akins and two brothers-Tommy White and Gerald White.
Pallbearers will be Steve Bates, Harold Rogers, Dean Mason, Gene Mason, Johnny Mason and Cory Akins.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 19, 1-3 p.m. at Cornerstone Church of God.
