Bobbie J. Springer, 81, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at Rogersville Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Harvey Cemetery with full military honors.
