Mrs. Bobbie Hubbard Brothers Mrs. Bobbie Hubbard Brothers, age 86, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025, at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice.
A devoted member of High Point Missionary Baptist Church for over 53 years, Mrs. Brothers lived a life rooted in faith, love, and service. She operated an in-home daycare for many years and was affectionately known for the tender care she gave to countless children in the community, many of whom she loved as her own.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Donna (Van) Sims; grandchildren, Chuck Sims and Leigh-Ann (Brandon) Lovell; great-grandchild, Kate Thomas; and sister, Gladys Prince. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Randall Brothers; her parents, Elick and Willie Ann Hubbard; and a host of siblings.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025, at High Point Missionary Baptist Church, with Bro. Larry Camp and Bro. Paul Jones officiating. The family will receive friends at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Pallbearers honoring her life and legacy will include Chuck Sims, Brandon Lovell, Donald Mitchell, David Walker, Phillip Smothers, and Jacob Haynes. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of High Point Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Brothers will be laid to rest beside her husband at High Point Cemetery, carried home with love and gratitude by those whose lives she touched so deeply.
