Miss Bobbie Givan was born to the late Mr. E. C. Wilborn,
Sr. and the late Mrs. Johnnie Mae Wilborn in Marvell
Arkansas on May 31, 1960.
Miss Givan was united in marriage to Mr. Frank Givan, Jr.
Mr. Givan preceded her in death. She was also preceded in
death by a brother: Mr. Eddie C. Wilborn, two sisters: Miss
Emma Jean Childress and Miss Linda Carol Harper, and
four nephews: Marcus Wilborn, Marlon James, Derrick
Wilborn, and Freddy Childress. Bobbie resided in Trenton,
Tennessee until the time of her death.
Always a devout believer, Bobbie was a faithful member of
First Baptist Church North in Trenton, Tennessee.
Bobbie had a special spirit. Her smile and laughter were
contagious! She was often reserved but once she opened up
to you, you could definitely feel her love. That love is
evident in this room. She developed a strong bond within
the Trenton community: Mike, Myranique, Miss Minnie,
Darryl, Tina, Tim and her beloved church family. We would
be remiss if we did not mention The Trenton Health and
Rehabilitation Center staff and the Gitava Hospice Care
Team, who embraced Bobbie and provided her with love,
care and comfort in her last days. The entire Wilborn
family appreciates all of you for the love that you have
shown to our dear Bobbie.
Bobbie leaves to celebrate the memory of her life — 6
brothers and sisters: Mr. Ronell Wilborn (Ida) of Phoenix,
AZ, Mr. E.C. Wilborn, Jr. of Little Rock, AR, Miss Evelyn
Lavern Wilborn-Johnson of Marion, LA, Mr. Willie James
Wilborn (Kimberly) of Orlando, FL, Miss Sandra Kay
Harper of Conway, AR, and Mr. William Terrell Wilborn of
Searcy, AR. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, friends and associates to celebrate the memory of
her life. May she rest in peace.
