Blakely Nicole Rodgers, 30 years old, of Madison Alabama passed away unexpectedly on Oct 8, 2026. Blakely was born on June 28th, 1996 in Birmingham Alabama to Jennifer Kiehn and Donald Rodgers. She graduated from Bob Jones High School in 2014, and received her degree from Calhoun Community College in 2022. Miss Rodgers possessed an irresistible charm, deep compassion for friends and strangers alike, and a vibrant personality. She enjoyed creating new culinary dishes, crafting botanical remedies, practicing yoga and sharing her unwavering faith. She deeply loved her family. Blakely supported her country as a contractor for the National Defense industry and was routinely recognized for her contributions.
She is survived by her mother Jennifer Kiehn and stepfather Jack Kiehn, father Donald Rodgers and stepmother Lina Rodgers of Dacula, Georgia. She also leaves behind brother Joshua Rodgers, grandmother Linda Sullins, niece Meia Rodgers, and love of her life Josh Daniel in addition to several aunts and uncles and scores of friends she considered extended family.
A remembrance ceremony will be hosted at 12 noon Saturday, Oct 17th at Legacy Funeral Home 16 Hughes Rd Madison, AL. A pre-ceremony gathering will take place at Legacy beginning at 11:00am on Saturday.
