Billy Wayne Elliott, age 79, of Cullman passed away August 08, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 29, 1946 to Fred and Mary Elliott. Billy loved eating at the Golden Corral. He enjoyed sitting on his front porch and watching people drive by and telling stories. The family will be holding a private memorial service. Billy is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lois “Sam” Elliott; sons, Billy Wayne Elliott Jr., Steve Elliott, and Keith Elliott; sister, Sheila Purser; grandchildren, Whittney and Josh Ergle, Dalina and Andrew Walker, Dustin and Jessica Elliott, Zackery and Lilli Elliott, Kaitlyn Elliott and Tracy Bowen; and a host of great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mary Elliott; brothers, Donald Elliott and Herbert Elliott; son, Jeff Elliott and great grandchild, Chloe Jade Young.
