Billy Wayne Clemons 71,of Decatur passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at River City Rehab. He was born January 2, 1951 in Decatur to Miles and Alberta Clemons. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by two daughters, Jennifer White and Julie Orr; two sisters Linda and Betty Ann; four grandchildren, Wesley, Shauna, Jada and Alleyiah; and three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. No services are planned at this time. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
